How to Access Your Rent Café Account – Step by Step

A Step-by-Step Guide for Residents

Before getting started, please make sure you have the following information ready:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your T-Code
  • Your phone number (for verification if needed)

Step 1 – Access the Resident Portal

Visit HASBARCO.org

  1. Visit HASBARCO.org
  2. Find the Resident Portal section

3. Click on “CLICK HERE TO LOGIN”

Step 2 – Choose Your Option

Once the login page opens, follow the option that applies to you:

Option A – If You Have a Registration Code (Tcode)

  1. Enter your T-Code in the registration code field.
  2. If you already have an account, you will see a message saying your account already exists.
  • Click “HERE” to continue.

3. You will then see your Username / Email Address.

  • Click Continue

4. Choose how you want to log in:

  • Recommended: Click “Continue with Email”

5. Select one of the following options:

  • You will receive an email from no-reply@...
  • Check your Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder
  • Open the email and click the link to log in

Send Verification Code
  • A code will be sent to your phone number
  • Enter the code to access your account

Option B – If You DO NOT Have a Registration Code

Fill out the required information:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Social Security Number (if required)

Then:

  • If you do not have an account, a new account will be created for you.
  • If you already have an account, you will see a message saying an account already exists.
    • Click “Use My Existing Account” to continue.

Step 3 – Access Your Portal

Once you log in or create your account:

  • Make sure your email/username is correct.
  • Confirm you can access your account using:
    • The email login link, or
    • The verification code sent to your phone

If You Are Having Trouble Accessing Your Account

If you cannot access your account, for example:

  • You no longer have access to your email
  • The system says your account already exists but shows no options
  • You need help finding your T-Code
