Our Maintenance Department provides assistance with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and equipment-related issues to ensure the safe and proper condition of your unit.

Maintenance Requests

Residents can call our 24/7 maintenance line at 833-433-0333 at any time to report damage or repair needs. The Maintenance Department will schedule routine repairs during working days according to the priority of the reported cases.

For emergencies, where there is an immediate risk to health, safety, or property, such as:

  • Flooding
  • No heat
  • Power outage
  • Gas odor

Maintenance personnel will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

Routine repairs and service requests will be handled according to the scheduled appointment.

✔ If a problem is not an emergency, call maintenance during business hours — they will schedule an appropriately timed response.

✔ Do not attempt major repairs yourself. Only authorized maintenance personnel may perform repairs.6

A maintenance emergency is any situation that presents an immediate threat to resident safety, health, or property, including fire hazards, gas leaks, flooding, electrical hazards, or loss of essential services.
Residents should call the after-hours maintenance line only for true emergencies occurring outside regular business hours.

Call 911 immediately for:

  • Medical emergencies or death

After contacting emergency services, notify Maintenance as soon as possible.

Residents are discouraged from attempting repairs, except for temporary actions to minimize damage (e.g., shutting off water). All repairs should be handled by authorized Maintenance staff.
